About the program
The season begins in August, with practices Monday through Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. After Labor Day, practices will be adjusted to 2 or 3 nights per week, and the games are on Sunday.

Equipment Details
The league outfits each football player with practice and game uniforms, helmet, and pads (shoulder, knee, and rib). Players are responsible to purchase their own cleats, girdle/cup, and socks.
