About the program
Join our 7-week "Girls Get Strong" program, designed specifically for middle school and high school girls to learn the fundamentals of weightlifting. In this supportive and empowering environment, participants will meet weekly for 45-minute sessions to build strength, gain confidence, and develop lifelong fitness habits. They'll learn about proper form, how much weight to lift, and how to safely progress in their workouts. No prior experience is necessary—just a desire to learn and have fun!
